Just a quick note before signing off for the weekend...
I am so excited to be numbered among the 100 Motivating Endurance Facebook Pages (#45)...and I just had to share it with y'all! I'm pretty sure some of you are on there as well!
- Arc Trainer 35 minutes
- 2:00.5 minute plank
|Holy Guacamole that was hard|
- Ran 59 minutes...a slow 5 mile run
- Biggest Loser Cardio Max Workout 25 minutes...this is a killer workout and my muscles are extremely sore and tired.
- Bike Trainer 40 grueling minutes (leg muscles are so sore)
I will be going to my mama's this weekend and will fit some type of workout in while trying to relax and spend a special Mother's Day weekend with her. Have a great weekend, may the sun shine on you and may your races/runs/rides be joyous.
