Runners United To Remember

Runjunkies.com created a virtual run event and you can go here...Runners United To Remember to join the Facebook event.  I am not quite up to 26.2 miles so I will be running 26.2 minutes 3x this week in Remembrance of those who lost their lives as well as for all runners whose heart are breaking and, of course, for all of Boston. Please Join me in sending healing thoughts and prayers to Boston's victims, families and loved ones.

Godspeed...this comes from the Middle English expression "God spede (you)", a wish for success and fortune for one setting out on an enterprise, voyage, adventure, or travels. It may also mean good luck. "Limitations only exist if you let them" © 2013 Shannon M. King. This publication is the exclusive property of Shannon M. 1. I saw this on Facebook earlier today and joined up. I'm doing at least 26.2 minutes each day this week and hoping to total 26.2 miles by Sunday!

  2. Thanks for visiting! Unfortunately I don't do much running...but I love to walk--my version of running. I think times like these though we are all "runners" Inspirefly

    1. That's okay, walking is just running very slow...and yes in our hearts we are all runners!

  3. I joined and I ran this afternoon after work. So much support from the running community...it's amazing and heartwarming to see everyone come together during such a tragic time.

    1. I did as well, it may not seem like much (running) but I feel as if it strengthens us as a whole
